Kayak rental in Geiranger
Description
We offer double kayak rentals to experience the magic, to share the moments as you paddle through the amazing landscape. The Geirangerfjord is a fantastic and safe place to paddle. The wind is rarely bothersome here, as the fjord is usually completely calm. Get up close to the waterfalls and nature in the fjord.
It is also a good idea to combine the trip with a visit to one of the many fjord farms, such as Skageflå.
We give you thorough instructions and all the safety equipment you need. Our staff is highly qualified and will give you information to improve your paddling technique. If it rains, you will stay dry in a kayak if you wear a waterproof jacket. We also have kayak jackets and waterproof bags for rent.
If you are an uneven number of people, we also rent out single kayaks for your group*.
*Please note that we never only rent out single kayaks without at least 1 double kayak in the same group, this also means that if you want to paddle yourself, we unfortunately no longer offer this due to safety reasons.
This is what you need to bring:
- Sun protection factor
- Cap or hat
- Sunglasses
- Waterproof jacket
- Closed shoes or sneakers (no sandals or flip-flops)
- Water bottle (water can be refilled on site)
- Comfortable clothes
- A simple snack or meal for the trip

Not suitable for:
- Children under 10 years old (child must be able to swim)
- People over 125 kg (275 lbs)
